This survey is for anyone to give feedback on our mobilisation of the new Kent & Medway Diabetic Eye Screening Programme.
The Kent & Medway Diabetic Eye Screening Programme serves almost 110,000 people with diabetes across the county.
Once people have been referred to the programme by their General Practice, we are responsible for inviting people for and carrying out all aspects of screening, including grading and referring to the Hospital Eye Services as required.
